Strong in twelve weeks, not in twelve months
Three sessions a week, written for your body and your calendar, adjusted every fortnight by somebody who reads what you log.

Why programmes beat sessions
An hour with a trainer is an hour of good form and a week of guessing. A written programme is the other way round: you know exactly what to do on Tuesday, and the hour we spend together is spent on the two things you are getting wrong.
Twelve weeks, three blocks
1
Weeks 1 to 4 — learn the lifts
Light, boring, and the reason nothing hurts in week nine. Most people add weight faster than the plan allows and are asked not to.
2
Weeks 5 to 8 — add weight
The part that feels like training. Every session is logged and the next fortnight is written from the log.
3
Weeks 9 to 12 — test it
Heavier, less often, with a set of numbers at the end you can compare to the ones from week one.
What you get
Written after a call
Forty minutes about your history, your injuries and the three days you can actually train.
Rewritten fortnightly
From what you logged, not from a template with your name on it.
Answered in between
Send a video of a set and get it back marked up, usually the same evening.
